As a distributor of sustainable energy products, we work daily to optimize our Environmental, Social, and Governance (in Dutch: ESG) policies.

At ESTG, we believe that success is not solely measured by sales, profits, and other financial metrics, but also by the positive impact we have on the world around us. Our ESG policy supports this by taking concrete steps in three crucial areas:

1. Environmental:
   • We are committed to reducing our ecological footprint by optimizing our energy consumption and reducing our CO2 emissions. A specific action is reducing the number of deliveries from our central warehouse, focusing more than ever on delivering complete orders.
2. Social:
   • The well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate is paramount. We strive for an inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated and everyone receives equal opportunities.
3. Governance:
   • Honesty, transparency, and ethical business practices are essential values of our company. Our new ESG policy will ensure a strong governance structure that supports these values.
   • We are committed to strengthening our risk management and promoting responsible decision-making.
